Rotating and swivelling movements are part of everyday life in three-dimensional applications. This is where energy chains are needed to safely guide and protect the cables of robots. The three-dimensional energy chain triflex® R in six versions (TRE, TRC, TRCF, TRL, TRLF, TRX) has been specially developed for demanding multi-axis robots. High tensile force absorption and high flexibility enable a twist of approx. ± 10° per chain link in the longitudinal axis. Compared to a cable protection conduit, the three-dimensional triflex® R chain offers a defined bend radius, which increases the service life of the guided cable and conduit enormously.
